I did not use them even for 15 days. I contacted Repairtech Authorized Service Centre last March in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and they informed me to contact the Boat company. We do not have the mechanism to repair the Boat Bassheads 900 Pro wired headphones with 40mm. They worked only for 10 days and never worked after that. Then I contacted Amazon, and they informed me to take a denial letter in order to proceed with the same. I have contacted your company in February and March 2026 and received no proper response.

Please revert to me in case of any queries.

Did not expect a new smartwatch to act like this

Boat Luna Oasis smartwatch issue came up after 3 months. Notifications were unpredictable.

Sometimes call alerts came, sometimes they did not show at all. This is not what you expect from a smartwatch. I still raised a complaint n support asked for screenshots n details. I did not had to chase them so that was a relief.

I got help to do a firmware update and re-sync.

I followed all steps as they said n now, notifications are working normally. Tracking, steps, call, all are fine.

I felt like I bought the wrong headphone

So my boat Rockerz 558 headphone would just switch off randomly even with charge. Music ke beech mein band ho jana is very annoying.

I thought my money is wasted but when I called customer support, they immediately said replacement ho jayega.

They sent me new headphone under warranty nd not repaired piece. Since then power issue has not come and battery is lasting for days.

Call audio problem with my earbuds

My ticket got closed before replacement
