Defective product given during replacement against service ticket 5267****

Hi Team,

service ticket number 5267****.

But the images sent by the Boat representative on 16-04-2025 for the serial number I checked that they were not available in the Boat case, which I received from the company as a replacement.

It implies that a replacement hasn't been given for an original product; instead, they had given a defective or used piece, which you can check from the records.

This clearly needed to be escalated as I had paid a good amount for this Boat Airdopes 121 PRO PLUS, and I had been handed a defective piece from the Boat branded company.

Please find the pictures attached for your reference, in which the Serial QR scanner code is not viewable.

There was a breach of customers personal data and my email address and phone number was leaked to dark web, and now some unknown people are trying to use my phone no and email address to login to my account. I found out about it after, I got multiple unfamiliar recent activity email from Microsoft.

Some unknown people are trying to login to my account from different platforms using my email ID and phone number.

I found out about the breach from Google, and it's showing my data has been stolen from boat lifestyle website on April 12, 2024. So everyone be careful when using boat apps Attaching the boat support team email for you guys to see.

Want ask about some audio problem

My airdopes progear suddenly not working properly it connect with Bluetooth it saws connect for audio nd call but it's not working for audio when I finished talk with someone n than after I operate youtube or insta audio voice is not coming I have to restart my phn nd reconnect the dopes n than it's working again if someone call me it happens again so please tell something to resolve this issue. I try to contact ahemdabad customer service center but they says it's wrong number nd most important thing right now I'm in canada.

Pathetic

I had purchased a boat rockerz 255 ANC Ravan black on 04/03/24. Within two to three months, I started getting in trouble with earphones for the first time.
I claimed the warranty but the problem didn't get resolved.

For the second time I claimed the warranty again and even this time the problem did not get resolved.
The again third time I have tried to claim warranty but their customer care executive told me you can't claim the warranty third time. You need to wait till next 3 months for the next claim. Then I have waited for three months now I have claimed the warranty ( Claim id- 5386****) & the day before yesterday their delivery boy who was assigned to collect the earphones called me three times and every time he was just telling me in some time I will send our delivery boy for the collection of your return parcel, the whole day I was in my house no one came.
Your company is just harassing me.

Since May 2024 the earphones were not working, such Waste of money and time.
Very pathetic customer service. This is not expected from the boat company.

I ordered a product from boat's official website on 14th March 2025. The estimated delivery was on 16th March 2025, but it didn't get delivered.

I waited for 2 days still no update. So I called their customer care and they updated the delivery to 19th march. I didn't get my order. I reached out, and they postponed it to 20th march, then to 21 march, again to 22nd march and now its showing 23rd of march.

Therefore, I called their customer service, and they are just saying that I will get an update on my order soon. I just need my order to get delivered.

Don't know how long I should wait. I am writing this review on 21st of March 2025.
